Goree Architects was tasked with the challenge to design one of the largest Lexus facilities in the country, on an existing 10-acre parcel, where an existing operation needed to continue with minimal disruption. 

Westside Lexus programming quantities are proportionate to the successful operations that have been established over the decades of business. The 2-story showroom space and expansive circulation to lounge(s) allows for (15) vehicles and (45) sales offices. The pre-owned showroom space adds another (5) vehicles and (26) sales offices. (9) F&I offices face (9) interior, climate-controlled new vehicle delivery spaces. The enclosed service drive is (6) lanes wide accommodating over (28) vehicles with dedicated lanes for service delivery with space for (20) service customer vehicles. Passing the service concierge, customers find an expansive space of different lounge areas and hospitality amenities. The second floor houses business offices, executive meeting space, administrative offices, a large break room, a training room for (80) people, tech amenities, and additional parts storage.

The service shop is impressive at (107) stalls within a fully enclosed, air-conditioned shop with tile floor and lay-in ceiling system. Above the footprint of the service shop is 4 levels of elevated parking holding (250) vehicles per floor along with roof deck parking above the service drive. Due to service volume, at state of the art drive thru conveyor car wash tunnel system with vacuum tents was designed at the back of the property.
