Porsche of Nashville was part of a 3-franchise automotive complex developed in the affluent suburb of Brentwood, just south of Nashville. Goree Architects was involved in the planning and zoning approval process alongside the client and civil engineer.

This was one of Porsche's first facilities nationwide that incorporated all of the latest prototype design elements including electric vehicle charging capabilities for future use.

Two unique components to the project was (1) the master planning of the complex with all 3 franchises and (2) the building faces the opposite direction of the main highway. Thus, the rear elevation was treated accordingly as to provide prominence and signage. The complex also included a shared make ready building consisting of a drive thru car wash tunnel, (6) detail bays, and a photo booth room; approx. 7,350 sf.
