Goree Architects' second NREDI 2.0 compliant facility was a new franchise location where we assisted in site due diligence and conceptual site planning. Nissan's new prototype design elements were incorporated into the plans to provide a state of the art compliant facility.

The project consists of 3 separate buildings on a total of 9.5 acres.  The main sales and service building, a pre-owned sales building, and a drive thru car wash building. Due to shallow site constraints, the showroom and service shop are divided by the service drive making the service shop have just as much front elevation importance as the showroom. The service drive and service shop are enclosed and climate controlled with evaporative cooling mechanical systems.

The pre-owned sales building includes 3 dedicated re-conditioning stalls. The site's challenging topography dictated site and parking layout design options that complimented the slope and drainage conditions.
