AUDI WEST HOUSTON

This project consisted of significant remodel and expansion work.  The original facility had been designed as Chrysler dealership, then remodeled for BMW until ultimately converting to Audi.

The existing facility was demolished nearly down to structure and slab.  There was approximately 12,000 sf of new building constructed, primarily at the showroom, to ensure the Audi compliant building proportions and clear span showroom space.  Since the existing second floor space is not adjacent to the showroom space, we worked with Audi and CDR Studios to create a faux balcony affect with recessed lighting.

The existing service drive was enclosed with hi-speed doors and new air-conditioning.  A photo booth accessed via hi-speed door leads to a recessed turntable.  All interior customer touch points and exterior materials were completely renovated to meet Audi specifications.
