This facility marked a new era for automotive facilities in the Houston market. Other major metropolitan cities have seen elevated automotive facilities, but Audi Central Houston was the first in Texas to reach 7 stories high.

Located close to downtown Houston, the facility was constructed on a single acre. The ground level is comprised of a vehicle showroom, sales offices, customer amenities, serviced advisors, and a valet run service reception. Level 2 houses business and administrative offices, Finance offices with a stunning vehicle delivery space, and garage parking.  New vehicle inventory make up levels 3 and 4. Level 5 consists of 32 service stalls, technician amenities, and parts storage with a mezzanine level. Level 6 is part roof deck parking, make ready and details bays, and a drive thru car wash. Level 7 tops off the structure with additional parking.

Vertical circulation consists of a traditional vehicle ramp, 2 hi-speed passenger elevators, a parts lift connecting ground floor parts receiving to parts storage on level 5, and a lift for inoperable vehicles that stops at each level. Goree Architects worked closely with Audi of North America, Jones Lang LaSalle, CDR Studios, and Sonic Automotive to create this one of a kind luxury facility. Goree Architects' experience from this project has led to several similar facility designs across the country.
